GOAT or OG - What's the difference (Editorial)

Ah S**t, here we go again !!! (CJ From GTA San Adreas voice)
This is another hot topic in the Hip-Hop movement, this artist is the G.O.A.T. or this guy is an O.G.
Well, what is the definition of a G.O.A.T. or O.G and where does it come from?

The definition of the G.O.A.T.
Thank LL Cool J with his album G.O.A.T. The Greatest Of All Time in the year 2000.
In the RAP scene, all artists want to be the best and proclaim themself "G.O.A.T. OR KING OF THE SOUTH".
Again LL Cool J was bold and did it way back in 1997 in his song 4,3,2,1 with Canibus (YAH YAH BEEF, big balls move)
Before all this, you need to test your writing skill/lyrics and show us what it takes to be the best.
It takes years and hard work, of course, those artists have a RAP-Cred (it is the same thing as Street credibility)
If you want to be the G.O.A.T. you need to pay your dues (Skill, Respect, Work Ethic).
From my point of view, THE G.O.A.T. is more like the people champ, the fans and the Hip-Hop community make you the G.O.A.T..
In the year 2022, the word G.O.A.T. is overrated point blank.
We don't have criteria and we need some before is too late.
Here are some of my standards
Let's break it down a little bit G stand for GREATEST, to be the G.O.A.T. you need to do something that changes the hip-hop movement and be a pioneer.
T stand for TIME here is an example, this artist innovates a rap flow (by leaving a mark this artist could be a G.O.A.T.)
With all due respect, all of the younger artists can not name themselves a G.O.A.T. yet, you need to have songs and hit at less earlier than 2005 (This is my point of view)

The definition of O.G
O.G stand for a veteran or Old-school artist.
Snoop Dogg is an O.G after more than 3 decades, Snoop is still making music.
My take on this is if an artist was active when "musique plus and much music" was there, he an O.G.
Being an O.G is before the YOUTUBE era and Spotify.
Once again, to have that title, this artist must pave the way for everyone else after him.
You can't call yourself an O.G if you're new to the game, it's disrespectful to everyone else who works hard for the culture.

In summary, G.O.A.T. or O.G is a title you get with time and you can't force it.
You need to work hard and be steady with your craft.
Here are a few words to remember the difference.
O.G = Veteran
G.O.A.T. = Game changer for the culture aka trailblazer
Both have a common denominator and it's time and hard work.

Base on my benchmarks those artists can have my stamp
G.O.A.T. (Manu Militari - SP - Connaisseur Ticaso - Imposs - Vaï)
O.G (B.U - Peezee - Yvon Krevé - Dice B - Bad News Brown - 4Say)
